ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

NOVEMBER 21, 2011

12:30 p.m.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula B. Keefe, Richard B. Gorden,

                    Ellen W. Abelson and Mark J. Mazur

1. The Board examined and then signed the LA13 New Growth Form that was submitted for Fiscal Year 2012.

2. The Board decided to wait before authorizing an extension of our contract with Mayflower Valuation for Data Re-inspection services.

3. It was noted that our Fiscal Year 2012 Classification Hearing is scheduled for 7:00 P.M. Tuesday,  December 13, 2011.

4. The Board approved the hiring of Mary Hall to work on a part-time basis until we hire a new Senior Clerk.

5. The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2013 applications for classification under M.G.L. Chapter 61B.
